可先放干變速箱機(jī)油，卸下優(yōu)盤，檢車殘油品種的雜質(zhì)部分，在正常情況下，含有深褐色或褐色粉末為離合器片磨損，亮白色金屬粉末為油泵、單向離合器、齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)磨損，從而進(jìn)一步判斷車子的故障。

首先準(zhǔn)備好工具及盛放各類零件的小盒子，在干凈平整的操作臺(tái)上進(jìn)行解體，從前部油泵開(kāi)始，從前至后，由外向里逐步進(jìn)行，并做好記錄。

在拆卸的時(shí)候，一定要記住不能用撬棍和鐵器直接敲打，因自動(dòng)變速箱殼體大多數(shù)用鋁合金鑄成，在拆卸液控閥體是防止上下閥體分離時(shí)滾珠、卡環(huán)等掉地，要準(zhǔn)確記住正確位置，拆卸單向離合器要注意正確配裝方向，裝合時(shí)不能顛倒，零件拆卸后應(yīng)用汽油洗凈，確保各元件的清潔。
