1、解體及初檢

這是變速箱維修中第一道步驟，將變速箱全部徹底解體，包括內(nèi)部油泵、離合器、活塞、行星架、閥體(滑閥箱)、差速器、變扭器等，所有的解體都嚴(yán)格按照技術(shù)規(guī)范和依靠大量的專(zhuān)用設(shè)備和工具進(jìn)行，否則會(huì)引起零件損壞。解體完畢后按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)所有的零件進(jìn)行初步檢測(cè)并根據(jù)變速箱的實(shí)際故障查出故障點(diǎn)。

This is the first step in gearbox maintenance, which involves completely disassembling the gearbox, including the internal oil pump, clutch, piston, planetary carrier, valve body (slide valve box), differential, torque converter, etc. All disassembly must strictly follow technical specifications and rely on a large number of specialized equipment and tools, otherwise it may cause damage to the parts. After disassembly, conduct a preliminary inspection of all parts according to standard technical data and identify the fault point based on the actual fault of the gearbox.

零件清洗在維修過(guò)程中是一個(gè)非常重要的工序，清潔度是維修質(zhì)量保證的關(guān)鍵因素，任何細(xì)小的雜質(zhì)都會(huì)對(duì)變速箱的工作品質(zhì)產(chǎn)生巨大影響。零件清洗完畢后，送入裝配工位，按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)所有的零件進(jìn)行再次檢測(cè)，確定所有需要維修材料，準(zhǔn)備組裝。

Part cleaning is a very important process in the maintenance process, and cleanliness is a key factor in ensuring maintenance quality. Any small impurities can have a huge impact on the working quality of the gearbox. After the parts are cleaned, they are sent to the assembly station and all parts are retested according to the standards to determine all materials that need to be repaired and ready for assembly.

3、閥體清洗、檢修

此過(guò)程和上一步驟同時(shí)進(jìn)行，閥體(滑閥箱)是自動(dòng)變速箱的核心元件，鑄造精密，需要很專(zhuān)業(yè)的人員才可以操作此步驟。作為專(zhuān)業(yè)維修需要將閥體全部解體，解體后徹底清洗，然后檢查所有滑閥及閥體的磨損根據(jù)實(shí)際情況維修。組裝完畢后還要與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比嚴(yán)格進(jìn)行壓力測(cè)試，只有符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)范圍內(nèi)的閥體才可以進(jìn)入到組裝工位。

This process is carried out simultaneously with the previous step. The valve body (slide valve box) is the core component of the automatic transmission, with precision casting, and requires very professional personnel to operate this step. As a professional maintenance, it is necessary to disassemble all valve bodies, thoroughly clean them after disassembly, and then inspect all slide valves and valve bodies for wear and repair according to the actual situation. After assembly, strict pressure testing should be carried out by comparing with standard data. Only valve bodies that meet the standard data range can enter the assembly station.

4、小總成組裝

小總成組裝是對(duì)變速箱維修過(guò)程中內(nèi)部組件的再檢和調(diào)整，為總成總成裝配的前一道工序。

Small assembly is the re inspection and adjustment of internal components during the maintenance process of the gearbox, which is the previous process of assembly of the assembly.

總成組裝是裝配最后一道工序，需要在特殊的工作環(huán)境中完成。所有組件的位置、間隙、預(yù)緊力等都必須嚴(yán)格按照技術(shù)規(guī)范進(jìn)行操作。總成裝配完畢后還要進(jìn)行靜態(tài)壓力測(cè)試，在達(dá)到技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)后才可以進(jìn)入下一道工序。

All components must be operated strictly in accordance with technical specifications, including their positions, clearances, and preloading forces. After the assembly is completed, a static pressure test is also required, and the next process can only proceed after meeting the technical standards.
